RED

I think I have a nausea. I never thought about it before. I went to a blood donation today for giving blood. When they checked my blood pressure, they said I can’t donate my blood because I have a low blood pressure. 80/ 59 mm Hg. Woow! I can’t believe it actually. So, I just watched my mom donated her blood. When I saw those big needle go in, then the blood flow, I felt dizzy and sick like I want to vomit. My heartbeat went fast and I felt hard to breath. So, I decided just to sat and calmed myself down. I felt my head came clearer as I breathed slowly. Aaaaw guys, I don’t know, I kinda feel sad of this weakness. :/
